Commercial Electronic Message Notice

1.Sending of Commercial Electronic Messages, Purposes and Legal Basis

Your identity data (name, surname) and contact data (e-mail address, phone number) that you have shared with KRY will, in the event that you grant your commercial message consent, be processed by KRY for use in marketing and campaign communications, via the channels you have consented to including SMS, phone and e-mail, limited to the following purposes:

• Sending commercial electronic messages to you,
• Carrying out activities for user/customer satisfaction,
• Conducting marketing and analysis activities,
• Conducting advertising, campaign and promotion processes,
• Offering special opportunities to users through KRY's business partners,
• Carrying out activities that enhance the user experience.

2.Transfer of Personal Data and Message Management System

Your personal data may be shared by KRY, limited to the purposes stated above, with our business partners, suppliers, group companies and, where necessary, with authorized institutions and organizations.

You may change your preferences regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages at any time via the Message Management System (İYS).

3.Rights of the Data Subject and Application

Pursuant to the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”, you have the rights set out in Article 11 of the KVKK. You may submit your requests regarding your processed personal data by completing the application form or by a petition bearing the minimum required elements, through the following methods:

• By completing the application form and submitting it with a wet signature to “Kavacık Mah. Muhtar Sk. No: 5 İç Kapı No: 4 Beykoz/İstanbul” via notary, registered return-receipt mail, or in person;
• By sending an e-mail to info@loyexo.com using the e-mail address you have notified to the Company and which is registered in the Company's system.

The application must be clear and comprehensible, must concern you personally (if you act on behalf of someone else, a notarized special power of attorney must be submitted). Pursuant to the said Communiqué, the elements of name-surname, signature, Turkish ID number, place of residence or business address, e-mail address, phone and fax number, and the subject of the request are mandatory; applications lacking these elements may be rejected or directed to valid application channels.
